01 — ONE CHAIN OF EVIDENCE

From “where is that document?”
to a clear answer.

When preparing for an accreditation body's assessment, linked evidence matters. Q.Lab brings it together around your laboratory's work.

  1. 01
    Connect your records

The method brings equipment, people and documents together.

  2. 02
    Spot what is missing

Statuses draw attention to a specific criterion.

  3. 03
    Open the supporting evidence

Review linked records in the same system.

Let's make a plan

DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Online or on your server.

The same browser-based workflow. Choose an environment that fits your infrastructure and access needs.

Online / cloud

Internet access through an agreed hosting environment. Users work in a browser, with no individual application installation on their computers.

On-premise

Installation on your organisation’s server, with access through the internal network. Technical requirements and remote access are agreed with your IT team.

For either option, maintenance, backups, access and support are agreed in advance.

04 — BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Key information about implementation and everyday use. Let's talk about the specifics of your laboratory.

Write to us

Q.Lab supports laboratory work. Professional responsibility and decisions remain with authorised personnel.

Can we start with our existing Excel spreadsheets?

Yes. During preparation, we review your spreadsheets and documents and agree on priorities and data entry. Data structure and quality are checked before transfer.

Do we have to introduce every module at once?

No. The system can be introduced in phases. Together we choose the areas that will help most in your current way of working.

How long does implementation take, and how is it priced?

Timing and pricing depend on the number of laboratories, users and modules, data preparation and support. After a demo and a brief review, you receive a proposed scope and implementation plan.

Who can access the data?

Access is determined by user role and assigned laboratories. The system supports controlled access to documents and a history of changes to business data.

Does the system need to be installed on every computer?

No. Users work in a web browser. The system can run online or on your organisation’s server (on-premise). Infrastructure, access, maintenance and backups are defined during implementation.

What will we see in the demo?

We will explore connected records, the method overview and modules relevant to your team. The demo uses controlled data. Availability of individual features depends on the agreed configuration.

How are samples tracked?

Each sample receives a unique ID and records of its reception, condition and storage location. It is linked to a work order and tests, with a status overview also accessible via a QR label.

How is result conformity assessed?

Conformity assessment links a test result to a selected criterion. Results and their assessments can be reviewed alongside the sample and work order, making it clear which test they relate to.
